Synopsis: Nominated for 2018’s Palme d’Or, Burning is a sublime mystery thriller about alienation, obsessive love and economic inequality in modern-day South Korea.
Burning is the latest film from acclaimed South Korean filmmaker Lee Chang-dong’s (Peppermint Candy, Oasis, Secret Sunshine) and is based on Haruki Murakami’s short story ‘Barn Burning’.
